Life & Mobility Group takes over all shares Karma Europe

A new milestone on the path to expansion of the product portfolio and further internationalisation

Life & Mobility Group has further strengthened its position by taking over all the shares in Karma Europe. Rene Ploum, the current owner of Karma Europe, will be participating in the Life & Mobility Group as a shareholder and will also join the Board of Directors.
