Request

A request from a dealer advisor to Life & Mobility to collaborate on a problem where the standard solution is insufficient.

Consultation & advice

A tailored advice to develop a suitable solution for the client through a technical product solution, such as special controls or other product ideas.

Quotation

Development of the quotation by Life & Mobility, including the relevant measurements, drawings, and photos.

Order & production

After the order, the wheelchair goes into production at Life & Mobility. Part of the production will follow the standard procedure. The product is then transported to the Specialty Center in Doetinchem or Kerkrade, where the custom solution is carefully finalized and assembled.

Delivery & aftercare

The delivery of the wheelchair. If desired, a product specialist from Life & Mobility will be present to perform the mechanical and software settings. This way, we provide a complete solution for the client.
